Description
We are seeking a full-time, remote Pilot Operator Assistant Domain Manager for Controller Training Solutions (CTS) to join the SAIC team, providing air traffic controller training services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City, OK.
This role involves assisting the RPO Domain Manager with scheduling and delivering RPO training at the FAA Academy, maintaining effective communication with FAA and SAIC personnel, managing human resources, and supporting all RPO simulation training requirements for both new and experienced FAA controllers, ensuring high-quality standards are met. The goal is to provide timely and effective ATC personnel training.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent management skills, a drive for continuous improvement, and strong technical knowledge of current ATC automation, simulation systems, and procedures. The position primarily involves second shift work, with occasional day shifts.
