Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist in all aspects of the rowing program under the Director of Rowing.
• Plan and conduct effective rowing practices, including water sessions and ergometer work.
• Assist with recruiting prospective student-athletes within NCAA rules.
• Coordinate team travel, logistics, and regatta preparation.
• Evaluate performance using rowing metrics to inform coaching decisions.
• Support student-athletes’ academic progress and personal growth.
