Job description

Qualifications

• Coaching of Sculling or High Level sculling experience
• Available in the afternoons from 3:45pm-6:30pm, Monday to Friday & potentially weekends (days are negotiable)
• Reports to practice on time
• Sets a positive example for our younger rowers
• Teaches our younger rowers the basics of safety and success in sculling on the water
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively with other team members.
• Good team player and very reliable in working without close supervision.
• Passionate about actively supporting the School’s mission.
