The electrophysiology lab employs cardiologists trained to diagnose and treat heart rhythm disorders (arrhythmias). Using advanced equipment, they monitor and map the heart's electrical system to treat rhythm problems. Scope of Work
The Cath Lab Assistant Nurse Manager oversees all cath lab staff and processes under the direction of the nurse leader. Responsibilities include assisting with staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations. The role involves implementing departmental policies, handling patient concerns, and ensuring the effective operation of the department.
