Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance, or two years' retirement services accounting experience.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting systems.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Keep informed of developments in retirement plans, IRA’s and retirement accounts.
• Assist in retirement plan participant allocations and recordkeeping using accounting systems.
• Meet daily deadlines for mutual funds, trades, pricing, and 401(k) contributions.
• Assist with balance to the Trust system and verify accurate records.
• Support daily operation of the Retirement Services staff.
• Assist with recordkeeping in line with governing instruments and regulations.
• Prepare quarterly reports, participant statements, and mailings.
• Prepare governmental reports including Form 5500 and ERISA audit data.
• Assist with Qualified Plan Testing (ADP, ACP, Top Heavy) as required.
• Assist enrollment of new plans and participants.
