My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Oakland, CA. The role supports the Store Manager, coaches a sales team, and delivers exceptional customer experiences with AT&T products and services.

Base pay plus commission and bonus, ongoing paid training, and clear career pathways are offered. Expect uncapped commissions for achieving goals, plus benefits and opportunities for growth within the My Wireless network.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field (Required).
• Retail or customer-facing sales environment experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when the opportunity presents itself.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Work as a team member so together you exceed person and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities each day.
