Qualifications

• Requires strong teamwork and customer service experience.

• Retail management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with emphasis on sales, merchandising, inventory, and customer service.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, managers, and customers.
• Consult with customers to understand goals, budgets, and timelines for projects.
• Provide product recommendations and technical support for paints and coatings.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling and coaching of staff.
