Job Summary

Note: The Delek Retail division sold its stores to OXXO, the largest convenience store retailer in Latin America. You will be hired under Delek systems operating on behalf of OXXO USA, as part of their team.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the daily operations and success of the retail store, ensuring it is well-stocked, clean, and provides excellent customer service while managing financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and monitoring supply.
  • Ensure the store remains clean and organized.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
