Job Summary

Please note that the Delek Retail division sold its stores to OXXO, the largest convenience store retailer in Latin America. We are currently in a transition process where employees will be hired under Delek systems operating on behalf of OXXO USA.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the daily operations and success of the retail store, including maintaining stock, cleanliness, customer service, and managing financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and monitoring supply.
  • Ensure the store remains clean and organized.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Education and Experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
