The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the daily operations and success of the retail store. This role ensures the store is well-stocked, clean, and provides excellent customer service while managing financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and monitoring supply.
  3. Ensure the store remains clean and organized.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  5. Handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
  • One (1) or more years of experience working in a retail environment (preferred).
  • Required Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver’s license.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
