AT&T in Warner Robins, GA is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager, oversee daily operations, merchandising and product launches, and coach a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.

You will help drive sales objectives, participate in outreach events, and benefit from best-in-class paid training that promotes leadership success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. And you won’t be in this alone. Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $47,500.00 - $71,300.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
