AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager in Mount Juliet, TN, overseeing daily operations, merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives. You will coach a team of sales consultants to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and involvement in outreach events. A strong track record in telecom sales and prior management is desired, with access to competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales/customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.

Our most successful Assistant Store Managers have:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

  Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $47,500.00 - $71,300.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
