AT&T in Grapevine, TX is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help lead store operations, drive sales, and coach a team of retail sales consultants. You will partner with the store manager on merchandising, launches, and achieving sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The role includes conducting outreach activities, training, and developing team performance, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. Leadership and collaboration are key to success.

Formación

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.

In this role, you'll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. You’ll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.

Our most successful Assistant Store Managers have:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry

• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $53,200.00 - $79,800.00 + commission $18,000.

Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
