AT&T in Anniston, AL is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with a store manager in overseeing daily store operations, merchandising, and product launches while aiming to meet and exceed sales objectives. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, deliver best-in-class service to customers, and participate in outreach and promotional events.

This role offers paid training and a clear path to leadership.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $47,500.00 - $71,300.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
