Role Description

The Assistant Retail Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV, supporting store leadership in driving sales performance and an exceptional customer experience. This role assists with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, well-organized environment. The Assistant Retail Sales Manager helps coach and guide team members, supports product knowledge development, and promotes key brands and promotions to meet sales targets. The role involves actively engaging customers, understanding their professional needs, and recommending appropriate products and solutions. This position also supports compliance with company policies and contributes to a positive, inclusive, and safety-focused workplace culture.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule. We are open 8am-7pm Mon. On Tues, Thurs, Fri. 8am-6pm, Saturday 8:30am-4pm and Sunday 12pm-4pm. We are closed on all major holidays.
