The hotel is a prominent landmark against the Louisville skyline, shining during the day and glowing at night, with the iconic glassy ends of the 612-room hotel. The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring proper training and supervision of all personnel, delivering prompt, courteous service that complies with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies in all areas related to guest service for Neighborhood Services.
