Job summary

Braum's is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee restaurant operations, inventory, and team leadership in Yukon, OK. The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, food quality, and sales growth while managing daily operations across food service, grocery, and fountain sales.

Candidates should have 2 years of retail management experience, be at least 21, have a valid driver's license, and be ready to lead a team with a strong emphasis on policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
