Braum's is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead store teams in Oklahoma City. You will coach staff, drive sales through customer satisfaction and food quality, and oversee daily food service, grocery, and fountain operations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a drive to improve performance while ensuring policy compliance. 45-hour weeks with a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's policies and practices are followed.
