Job summary

Braum's is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead and develop the store crew while optimizing sales and food quality at the Amarillo location. The role reports to the Store Manager and involves supervising Braum's food service, grocery market, and fountain operations.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years of experience in retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Retail Management experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee daily operations of Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, supply levels, and kitchen equipment; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure Braum's policies and practices are implemented and followed.
