Braum's in Fort Worth, TX is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in food service, grocery market and fountain sales.

The role requires 2 years of retail management experience, a valid driver's license, and a 21+ age; compensation is $16.50–$17.00 hourly with a bi-weekly bonus program and strong benefits. You will coach staff, maintain food quality, and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail Management experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid Driver License.
• 2 years of store/restaurant management experience.
• Able to supervise food service, grocery market and fountain sales.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
