Braum's in Richardson, TX is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in our food service and retail areas. The role focuses on coaching staff, maintaining food quality and customer satisfaction, and driving sales.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of retail management experience, is at least 21, holds a valid driver's license, and can work a rotating schedule including evenings. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Responsabilités

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
