Job summary

Braum's in Irving, TX is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations of the Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales, while coaching store crew and upholding Braum's brand values.

The role requires about 2 years of retail management, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and availability to work a rotating 3-week schedule with roughly 45 hours. Compensation is $16.50–$17.00 per hour, with bi-weekly bonuses and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Retail Management experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have valid Driver License

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
