Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in the running of the restaurant.
• Direct team members.
• Operate all equipment.
• Assist with prep and stocking of products and ingredients.
• Prepare customer orders.
• Answer phones and process customer orders.
• Clean equipment, dishes, and the general facility.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Manager on Duty (MOD).
