Position Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: A Restaurant Manager must be energetic and able to inspire as a leader. The responsibilities include motivating and coaching a talented staff to deliver an authentic experience to guests while maintaining top standards in food quality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for preparing monthly reports for the corporate office and should be familiar with financial procedures, including P&L, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other financial transactions.
