Charter Foods is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager for the Closing Night Shift to help lead the restaurant and support operations during evening hours. You will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to ensure standards, service quality, and safe practices are upheld.

The role requires leadership, strong multitasking, and a focus on customer satisfaction. The position offers a bonus program, benefits, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide others.
• Ensure that Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.

• Deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner.
