We’re currently seeking a passionate and service-driven leader to oversee daytime food and beverage operations at Violetto, our signature restaurant, and Salvia, our terrace and lounge outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the morning and mid-day food & beverage service teams with a focus on luxury, efficiency, and personalized hospitality.
• Ensure smooth daily operations for breakfast and lunch, including opening procedures, service execution, and guest satisfaction.
• Train, schedule, and coach associates in line with Forbes Five-Star standards.
• Support inventory control, ordering, and labor management in partnership with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on seasonal updates, dietary needs, and service enhancements.
• Champion continuous improvement and guest experience initiatives.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous leadership experience in food & beverage, ideally within a luxury, Forbes-rated, or Michelin-starred setting.
• A commitment to excellence, approachability, and hands-on service.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Passion for creating memorable guest moments and building strong team culture.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and scheduling platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred

• Prior experience working in a Forbes-rated, Michelin-starred, or comparable luxury environment.
