THE JOB:

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you won't just oversee daily operations-you will be the heartbeat of our guest experience. With your warm smile and natural hospitality, you'll set the tone for memorable dining moments that go far beyond the table. You'll get to know our guests, understand their stories, and tailor every interaction to make them feel truly seen, valued, and delighted.


THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations

  • Supervise floor service in dining rooms during hours of operation

  • Perform employee evaluations and manage issues related to attendance records

  • Maintain communication with the Chef on all food service and menu issues

  • Order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing; prepare purchase requisitions for any outlets from the warehouse orsupport departments

  • Keep inventory form and stocking area updated

  • Inspect food coming from support departments to assure freshness and quality

  • Maintain direct communication with guests for special requests and large party reservations


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

  • 2+ years of F&B leadership experience
