We have an exciting opportunity for an Urban Crave Assistant Manager at Dulles International Airport (IAD). If you thrive in a fast-paced retail setting and seek a challenging yet rewarding role, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Manage All Retail and Customer Service Activities: Supervise and evaluate Team Member performance, ensuring tasks and goals are completed properly, and provide feedback including disciplinary actions.
• Lead and Develop Team: Recruit, train, and communicate with the team of Retail Travel Experts. Develop, plan, and assign daily goals and tasks, maintaining guest service standards and brand specifications to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Systems and Processes: Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Merchandising and Displays: Maintain merchandising standards, display presentations, signing standards, and monitor inventory levels.
• Office Management: Manage funds, media, receiving, inventory, purchasing, team scheduling, and payroll.
• Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in monitoring sales performance through sales reports and market analysis.
• Problem Solving: Address routine issues and escalate complex problems to higher management as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or coursework preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in retail management/supervisory roles with at least 1 year of bar management experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), POS systems, and organizational skills to prioritize activities.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively at all levels, resolve conflicts, and manage diverse teams and clients.
