We have an exciting opportunity for a Chili's Assistant Manager at the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW). If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are ready for a challenging and rewarding role, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Manage All Retail and Customer Service Activities: Supervise and evaluate Team Member performance, ensure completion of tasks, and provide feedback including disciplinary actions.
• Lead and Develop Team: Recruit, train, and communicate with the team of Retail Travel Experts. Develop and assign daily goals and tasks, and maintain service standards.
• Systems and Processes: Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Merchandising and Displays: Maintain merchandising standards, display presentations, signage, and monitor inventory levels.
• Office Management: Handle funds, media, receiving, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll.
• Forecasting and Budgeting: Monitor sales performance through reports and market analysis.
• Problem Solving: Address routine issues and escalate complex problems as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or coursework preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in retail management/supervision with 1 year of bar management experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems; organizational skills for managing activities.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively at all levels and resolve conflicts professionally.
