Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts while meeting Charter Foods' standards and brand standards. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of your responsibilities, solve problems with a positive attitude, seek help when needed, and guide team members. You will ensure that Team Members and Shift Managers complete their duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food to customers promptly. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe environment for both employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong business math, accounting, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning grounds.
