Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards. You will take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide others. Your role includes ensuring that Team Members and Shift Managers complete all duties, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner, while maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.
