Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective shifts and maintaining standards. You will take ownership of tasks, solve problems with a positive attitude, and guide team members. Your role includes managing inventory, ensuring financial accountability, and delivering safe, quality food promptly. Maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers is also a key responsibility.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
  • 50-Hour Work Week.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic business math, accounting, and strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning outdoor areas.
