Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager. You will help run great shifts, meet Charter Foods standards, and uphold brand standards. Your role involves taking ownership, solving problems with a positive attitude, guiding team members, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability. Ensuring the delivery of safe, quality food in a timely manner and maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers are key responsibilities.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, strong decision-making abilities
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and outdoor grounds maintenance.
