We are hiring for the Assistant Restaurant Manager position at SSP France Belgique Luxembourg Italie. This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, along with opportunities for quarterly bonuses and a year-end super bonus, comprehensive benefits, and career growth potential.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing front of house and kitchen operations, supervising team performance, and providing feedback.
• Ensuring food quality, safety standards, and recipe adherence.
• Optimizing food and labor costs to maximize profitability.
• Recruiting, training, and developing team members, and maintaining service standards.
• Adhering to company policies, health, and sanitation standards.
• Maintaining merchandising standards, managing inventory, and handling office tasks like scheduling and payroll.
• Monitoring sales and assisting in budgeting and forecasting.
• Resolving routine issues and escalating complex problems as needed.

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of management experience in food service.
• Full-service restaurant management experience; culinary background is a plus.
• Food Handler’s Card or relevant safety certifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
