Charter Foods is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced setting to support the Restaurant General Manager, oversee shifts, and ensure adherence to brand standards. The position requires 18+ years old, 1-3 years supervisory experience, and basic computer literacy, with a 50-hour work week and potential for advancement

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide others.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.

Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards.
