Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in operating successful shifts and maintaining brand standards. You will be responsible for solving problems with a positive attitude, guiding team members, managing inventory, and ensuring financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food promptly and maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math, accounting, and decision-making skills
• Ability to perform cleaning duties and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to tolerate standing, walking, and stooping during 80% of the shift.
