Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts effectively, meeting company and brand standards. You will take ownership of tasks, solve problems with a positive attitude, and guide team members. Your responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining financial accountability, and ensuring the delivery of safe, quality food promptly. Maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers is also a key part of your role.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
  • 50-Hour Work Week
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Reliable transportation
  • Business math, accounting, and analytical decision-making skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning outdoor areas.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stoop for 80% of shift time.
