Family-owned restaurant seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations. Responsibilities include assisting with inventory, financial planning, record-keeping, staffing, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role reports to the General Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all staff perform their duties according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with training new staff and support existing staff.
• Follow health and safety regulations; ensure proper food storage and preparation.
• Receive deliveries and check-in vendors.
• Operate POS system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant supervisor or managerial experience (preferred).
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Experience with Toast POS system.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Willing to train the right candidate. Open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
