What You Bring

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies, procedures, and health standards.
• Strong focus on proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Ability to interpret P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience are encouraged to apply.
• Capability to perform multi-tasking, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
