What You Bring

• Desire to lead customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to oversee restaurant condition, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and health standards.
• Commitment to proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to implement improvements.
• Ability to interpret operating and maintenance instructions and manuals.
• Proficiency in computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not mandatory if you have at least one year of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
