What You Bring

• Desire to oversee customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with policies and health standards.
• Strength in food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Ability to use P&L and store reports to influence change.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting operational documents.
• Computer skills, preferably in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience are also considered.
• Ability to perform multitasking, physical activities, and lift up to 50 pounds.
