What You Bring

• Leadership desire to oversee customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to oversee restaurant condition, ensure compliance with policies and health standards.
• Focus on proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Ability to use P&L and store reports to influence operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of restaurant management experience is acceptable.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
