What You Bring

• Desire to oversee customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with policies, procedures, and health standards.
• Focus on proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Ability to analyze P&L and store reports to make improvements.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting operational documents and manuals.
• Computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of restaurant management experience if not.
• Ability to multitask, perform physical tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds.
