Your Leadership Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the hotel’s restaurants.
- Drive profitability through revenue, cost control, guest satisfaction, and staff engagement.
- Assist with daily operations, support staff, and manage special events and reservations.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Handle conflict resolution and ensure workplace standards are maintained.
- Address operational issues promptly.
- Maintain communication and oversee all elements of restaurant ambiance and quality standards.
- Ensure cleanliness, system maintenance, inventory, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
- Attend daily and weekly meetings, and ensure safety and sanitation policies are followed.
- Create staffing schedules and implement cost control and revenue strategies.
- Maintain high standards of service, food quality, and presentation.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and create WOW moments.
- Perform additional duties as needed based on business needs.

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in food and beverage management or supervision.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of food service, cost controls, and hotel F&B operations.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
