Your Leadership Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for the hotel’s restaurants.
  • Drive profitability through revenue, cost control, guest satisfaction, and staff engagement.
  • Assist with daily operations, support staff, and manage special events and reservations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members.
  • Handle conflict resolution and ensure workplace standards are maintained.
  • Address operational issues promptly.
  • Maintain communication and oversee all elements of restaurant ambiance and quality standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness, system maintenance, inventory, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
  • Attend daily and weekly meetings, and ensure safety and sanitation policies are followed.
  • Create staffing schedules and implement cost control and revenue strategies.
  • Maintain high standards of service, food quality, and presentation.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and create WOW moments.
  • Perform additional duties as needed based on business needs.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in food and beverage management or supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of food service, cost controls, and hotel F&B operations.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
