Job Description

The Assistant Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, including Clay, Pool/Dew Bar, Minibar, and Room Service. This position supports world-class service to guests and team members.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide leadership support to all Food & Beverage venue operations, including Clay, Great Porch, Dew Bar, and In-Room Dining.
  2. Maintain Wildflower Farms service standards across all F&B departments.
  3. Lead and analyze guest satisfaction, service quality, sales, costs, and the presentation of food and beverage products.
  4. Ensure all F&B outlets are adequately staffed within budgetary guidelines.
  5. Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to create and monitor departmental budgets, controlling food and beverage costs.
  6. Oversee opening and closing procedures for all restaurant outlets.
  7. Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to update team members on company initiatives and daily operations.
  8. Mentor and motivate team members, providing training to new hires and ongoing development.
  9. Ensure all outlets are prepared for daily service and maintain consistent service flow across shifts.
  10. Partner with the Culinary team to ensure order accuracy and guest satisfaction.
  11. Maintain high standards of guest service, engaging with guests and addressing concerns effectively.
  12. Manage equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
  13. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations regarding beverage service.
  14. Support inventory management and cost control procedures.
  15. Adhere to safe food handling and workplace safety standards.
  16. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Pay Range

$70,000/year - $80,000/year

Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years’ restaurant management experience, preferably in luxury hospitality and elevated dining environments.
  • Strong knowledge of wine and spirits.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • ServSafe Certification highly preferred.
  • Hospitality degree highly preferred.
