The Assistant Resource Coordinator assists the Resource Coordinator with the following programs: Financial Assistance, Mobile Integrated Healthcare, and Medication Bridge. The candidate will be reviewing financial assistance applications which require careful attention to detail, strong mathematical accuracy, precise documentation and filing, multi-tasking, and excellent organizational skills. A quick learner who enjoys problem solving and can express the ability to obtain and interpret information is preferred. Responsibilities include answering phones, coordinating paper flow processes, maintaining a database, and following precise instructions for filing. The Assistant Resource Coordinator will uphold a friendly and professional level of customer service and contact with external sources, including providers, medical office personnel, patients, and families. The Assistant Resource Coordinator will also be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by their supervisor.
This is a per diem position.
