Job summary

Multicultural Community Services of the Pioneer Valley Inc. is seeking an Assistant Residential Site Manager to provide care and support to individuals with medical and behavioral needs at their Springfield & Westfield locations. This full-time supervisory position involves assisting individuals with daily activities and maintaining quality programming.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle, along with required trainings in First Aid, CPR, and Supervisory Experience. This role requires a commitment to ensuring the well-being of individuals while adhering to agency standards.

Qualifications

Assistant Residential Site Manager

Location

Responsibilities

Full Time supervisory position working at 24 hr. site providing care and support to individuals with medical & behavioral needs. Must have valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.

• Maintains quality of programming through adherence to agency standards and DDS regulations.
• Will be assisting individuals w/daily activities & community events & provide general supervision & care to individuals.
• Provide general supervision & work schedule for staff & daily upkeep & normal maintenance of household.
• Assist Coordinator with ISP Development and Implementation.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including grocery funds and individual spending money.
• Ensure individuals receive routine and emergency medical attention, and maintain accurate medical documentation with MCS policy and DDS regulations.
• Meet with supervisor for individual supervision on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Insure that all documentation is complete on a timely basis, and other duties as required.

Hours

40 Hours Full Time - 35 hrs Direct Care & 5 hrs Admin

Required Trainings/Skills

First Aid, CPR, Medication Cert., Safety Care, knowledge of Positive Behavior System and Supervisory Experience
