Operation PAR, Inc. in Largo, Florida, is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee quality nursing services in inpatient treatment programs. The role includes direct supervision of nursing staff and ensuring compliance with all policies and standards.
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, be a licensed Registered Nurse, and have at least one year of psychiatric nursing experience. This position requires some on-call hours for the Endocarditis program and offers comprehensive benefits.
Operation PAR, Inc. is a non‑profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and/or mental health diagnosis. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services, and research.
Responsible for the overall delivery of quality nursing services provided at Operation PAR inpatient treatment programs while also ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards. Directly supervises direct care nursing staff at two PAR locations which offer residential substance use disorder treatment. Maintains quality medical services for clients based on rules, regulations, and agency standards. Assures that all documentation is accurate, timely and of the utmost quality. Assures that interactions with funders, third party payers, and client families are timely, accurate and courteous. Responsible for implementation of new policies, procedures, forms, and other changes. This position will be assisting with our Endocarditis program and there will be some on‑call hours required (every other weekend).
Must have a valid and current driver's license or state ID card.
