Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. seeks an Assistant Residential House Manager to support individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. The role involves implementing ISP plans, supervising Direct Support Professionals, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Schedule includes weekend and weekday shifts; full-time 40 hours weekly with a pay rate of $19.50–$21 per hour. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement ISP's, behavior plans and assessments.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Communicate information to staff, parents and day programs.
• Oversee program finances and house budget per supervisor.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance (DDS, fire drills).
• Maintain records and document daily data.
• Educate residents in goals, finances, meals and self-care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ISP-based plans and behavioral assessments to support residents.
• Act as programmatic supervisor to Direct Support Professionals.
• Communicate effectively with families and external programs.
• Oversee budget and monthly financial tasks as directed.
• Ensure safety drills and regulatory requirements are met.
• Identify and coordinate renovations and maintenance as needed.
• Lead or participate in staff meetings and planning for activities.
