Seven Hills Foundation in Cumberland, RI is seeking an Assistant Residential Director of Specialized Programs to lead a dedicated residential team serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will combine hands-on support with operations oversight, staff development, and program leadership to ensure participants have meaningful lives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license, and several years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license (Class C or D1).
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor direct support staff through coaching and supervision.
• Provide high-quality, person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with day-to-day residential operations, scheduling, and staffing coordination.
• Help oversee participant finances, household budgets, and operational resources.
• Support implementation of ISPs, behavior support plans, and therapeutic services.
